I'm a freelance writer and editor with a great husband, a mostly wonderful but occasionally trying preschooler, and a new baby girl.
If it doesn't make practical sense, I don't want to hear about it. I tend to write about a little of everything--parenting a toddler, comparing life in the capital of the Czech Republic to life in the semi-rural United States, and ranting about my fears that the world is going to hell in a pretty, fundamentalist handbasket, to name a few common themes.
I started the blog primarily as a continuation of an old email newsletter, the Prague Log, that I wrote while living in the Czech Republic. People missed reading it once we moved back to the United States, so I renamed it for our new home in Montana and put it online, thus saving it from spam filters.
Questions? Comments? Concerns? Email me at rosenleaf (AT) aya yale edu, where the spaces are what usually separates the last bits of an email address.
